If you're tired of traditional workout routines or don't like going to big
gyms, we have something for you. Get a FULL body workout without
feeling stressed or bored. These dynamic fitness programs will grab
your attention, engage your spirit and have you wanting more.
Learn
effective basic exercise techniques that target specific muscle groups
for a full-body workout and metabolism boost. Sculpt your body with
resistance training that will increase your muscles' ability to burn fat,
without 'bulking' you up. Improve bone health, flexibility, endurance,
muscle tone and strength.
Note: Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a towel, mat and drinking
water. Resistance bands and weights are optional.

FLASHBACK FITNESS

Do you remember jumping rope? The lemon twist? The hula hoop?
Chinese rope? Dodge ball? Hop scotch? Tag? Do you remember how
toned and fit you were? Join us as we revisit those childhood activities
while regaining our health.
Slide to slim! Get a high energy fat blasting cardio workout while
learning new dance moves. You'll learn hustles and slides from
Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and Washington, D.C. Have tons of fun
while dancing away the pounds!





PERSONAL TRAINING

Our certified personal trainers will assess your current fitness level to
develop an individualized exercise program to meet your goals and
improve your overall health.
Receive a Journal to Wellness fitness manual, with practical tips on
nutrition, exercise and spiritual enhancement.

1 Hour - $50

3 Hours - $100


Small Group Personal Training (2-4 people)
1 Hour - $25 per person

We bring the workout to you (extra mileage travel fee applies).
Minimum class size is 5 people. Add $5 per person over 10.
