Get a high energy fat blasting cardio workout while learning new dance moves. You'll learn hustles and slides from Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland and Washington, D.C. Have tons of fun while dancing away the pounds! PERSONAL TRAINING Our certified personal trainers will assess your current fitness level to develop an individualized exercise program to meet your goals and improve your overall health. Receive a Journal to Wellness fitness manual, with practical tips on nutrition, exercise and spiritual enhancement. 1 Hour - $50 3 Hours - $100 Small Group Personal Training (2-4 people) 1 Hour - $25 per person MOBILE FITNESS CLASSES!!!
