The genesis of Alpha To Omega Wholistic Therapeutic Services was inspired and
motivated by the strong desire to discover means of healing the body without the
negative side effects of modern medicine and pharmaceuticals.
Alpha To Omega Wholistic Therapeutic Services provides certified personal training,
mobile fitness classes, wellness consultation and education that emphasize natural
care for the WHOLE you. We believe that what you don't know can hurt,or
sometimes, kill you. Education is the key to unlock vital, life-saving information. We
provide information on alternative methods of healthy living - including stress
reduction, relaxation, aroma therapy, herbal remedies, better nutrition and fitness.
For many of us, it is difficult to change the way we live because we've been doing it
for so long. Keep in mind, that just because we're good at something, doesn't mean
it's good for us. It is even more important to understand what you put in and on your
body than how it makes you feel.
The human body is one of God's greatest creations - fearfully and wonderfully made.
